Description

- Serving as the main contact person for customers, handling inquiries through phone, email, and various communication channels.
- Suggesting and implementing initiatives to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.
- Generating regular reports on customer orders, service levels, complaints, and satisfaction metrics.
- Verifying accuracy of invoices and delivery documents before dispatch.
- Forwarding difficult issues to the appropriate teams for prompt handling.
- Supporting training and onboarding of new team members when required.
- Staying updated on product changes, new releases, and company updates to effectively assist customers.
- Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a customer service role, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
