Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in any of the following fields: - Social Sciences, Anthropology Degree, Culture and heritage Management, Culture and Hospitality Management, Leisure Culture and Environment, Environmental Studies, Culture and Environment, Business Administration or its equivalent qualification from a recognized
• Be a holder of a Diploma in any of the following fields: - Social Sciences, Anthropology Degree, Culture and heritage Management, Culture and Hospitality Management, Leisure Culture and Environment, Environmental Studies, Culture and Environment, Business Administration
• Member of a recognized professional body relevant to the above requirements
• Must have relevant knowledge and experience of not less than 3 years in a related area
• Demonstrate professional competency in work performance and result
• Must satisfy requirement of Chapter six of the constitution of Kenya 2010.

Job Description

• Identifying and documenting Culture products;) and community based Culture projects;
• Liaising with Culture stakeholders on issues related to Culture;
• Inspecting and preparing reports on Culture facilities and service providers;
• Collecting and compiling information on Culture facilities and services for the development of Culture guide books;
• Undertaking domestic Culture promotion;
• Collecting and maintaining data on Culture statistics;
• Maintaining a register on Culture facilities and services; and
• Identifying suitable locations for mounting tourist signs and symbols.
