Creative Designer Assistant Job

• Designs should be of high quality, appealing and in accordance with brand guidelines.
• High level attention to detail.
• High level creativity.
• He/she has to have a quick turnaround time that f its within the set deadlines.

• Providing analyzed data from the social media pages, in terms of positives and negatives
• Creating the marketing content, editing and positing them on our social media Pages
• Interacting with clients on the pages
• Ensuring the content posted is up to date and relevant with change overtime .
• Coming up with strategies when launching new products and menus .
• Planning yearly content and staying ahead of big activations e. g. valentines & National holidays.
• Photography/Videography ( capturing and editing) for use on ecommerce platforms.
• Help in establishing and creating consistency in creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines.

• Ensure projects are completed within the scope of the project and on schedule .

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma or equivalent training in Graphic Design.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a creative or design role .
• Strong attention to detail and excellent visual composition skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite , particularly Photoshop and I l lustrator
• Working knowledge of Canva ( Adobe proficiency will be prioritized)
• Understanding of the marketing brand book, production, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Experience in managing social media pages in hospitality industry is an added advantage
