Purpose of the position

The associate will be responsible for processing data as per client specifications. Which includes various data entry tasks on various keyboarding tools in-house and Web-based client platforms. We need the best people to help us achieve this. We like to move fast and get things done. Description

• Read source documents and enter data in specific data fields using keyboarding tools.
• Compare data with source documents or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
• Update relevant information on various project databases online and offline.
• Capture the data in the relevant database in a timely and accurate manner.
• Identify and resolve errors and bring them to the attention of the relevant parties as quickly as necessary
• Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of data before it is keyed.
• Locate and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors.
• Checking completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final output
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Perform any other duty as may be required or assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Certificate holder in any relevant field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Typing test score 40 WPM to be achieved in typing skill test.
• The minimum score to be achieved in the Vendor reasoning/analytical test.
• Quick learner and able to decipher complex information.
• Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent web research skills.
• Keen attention to detail and good time-management skills.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Must be a good team player
• Prior experience in shared services, Business Process Outsourcing environment, machine learning or comparable service/process management environment is an added advantage
