About Red Giant
Red Giant Media Agency is a fast-paced experiential and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing company based in Nairobi. We design and execute unforgettable brand experiences that connect emotionally and culturally with Kenyan consumers. Our team is young, energetic, and obsessed with delivering exceptional results—and we’re looking for a Client Service Intern to join us!
Responsibilities
- Assisting in planning and executing client campaigns and activations
- Preparing and updating client briefs, status reports, and presentations
- Supporting in event logistics and on-ground activations
- Conducting market and competitor research
- Attending meetings and taking notes/action points
- Assisting with internal coordination between departments (creative, operations, finance)
- Supporting client reporting and post-activation reviews
Qualifications & Skills
- A degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Business, Communication, PR, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A keen interest in marketing, activations, and client relations
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- A positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to take initiativePreferred/Bonus
Preferred/Bonus Qualifications
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in marketing/events
- Understanding of BTL marketing and experiential campaigns
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Notion, Asana)
