Responsibilities
The Client Service Officer ensures a seamless and positive patient experience at Molars Dental Practice.
This includes welcoming patients, Billing patients, handling inquiries and coordinating with clinical teams to enhance satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients at the reception.
- Issue Patient History Forms and ensure accurate data entry.
- Update waiting clients on appointment status.
- Assist anxious patients and manage waiting times.
- Process payments and issue receipts promptly.
- Run Smart cards and complete required documentation.
- Support client communications when needed.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Demonstrable experience in customer care and service
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with hospital billing systems (Smart, Slade, LCT)
