Description
The Channel Visibility Lead is responsible for Crafting & Executing winning Visibility for our Iconic brands & Channel programs to create Top of Mind Awareness, to drive Company performance and Market Share.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute world class visibility strategy in the marketplace that are insight driven, consumer focused and commercially viable to support channel profitability growth
- Lead Brand teams and partner agencies in developing Artworks & renders in line with Brand style guides
- Performance Reporting for visibility projects to ensure they are Delivered On Time In Full with No Errors and within approved budgets.
- Manage performance of appointed Visibility Execution & Quality Control agencies.
- Provide Channel relevant Insights to Brand & Sales teams to drive innovative thinking & identify Category growth drivers through visibility.
- Devise Cost Effective & scalable branding options for uplifting the Trade.
- Continuously track competitor visibility activities & create a dynamic reporting system.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Essential Skills
- Educated to a graduate level with 5 years work experience in Creative Design.
- Project Management Capabilities.
- An ability to inspire agencies to deliver great work and ideally some experience of working with key customers
Desirable
- A business-related qualification
- Previous commercial management experience
