Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day operations of the centre.
- Ensure effective implementation of organizational policies, procedures, and programs.
- Monitor and manage the centre’s operational budget, inventory, and procurement processes.
- Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Staff Management
- Supervise, support, and evaluate staff performance, including clinicians, administrative, and support staff.
- Facilitate staff scheduling, leave management, and task allocation.
- Identify training needs and coordinate capacity-building sessions.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
Client Services
- Ensure timely and quality service delivery to all clients and beneficiaries.
- Address and resolve client complaints or feedback professionally and promptly.
- Promote a culture of customer service excellence within the centre.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, legal, and ethical standards.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to service delivery, staff, and operations.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on centre performance.
- Support internal and external audits and evaluations.
