Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) solutions to meet the organization’s financial and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with finance, credit, and operations teams to understand business processes and translate them into efficient system workflows.
- Design and develop integrations between Business Central and other financial or operational systems.
- Maintain and optimize system performance, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and technical guidance to internal system users.
- Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and the implementation of new Business Central modules.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
- Document technical specifications, configurations, and development processes for continuity and audit purposes.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central development and customization.
- Strong proficiency in AL, C/AL, and C/SIDE languages.
- Experience working with financial or microfinance systems is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of accounting, loan management, and financial reporting workflows.
- Experience with API integrations, Azure, and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with data security and regulatory compliance in the financial sector.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and structured environment.
