Broking Executive Business Development & Client Relationship Management Job
The role of the Broking Executive will be supporting the acquisition of servicing of reinsurance business by building and maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating placement processes, driving cross-selling initiatives, and ensuring accurate updates to the CRM system, all in alignment with KRBL’s strategic growth objectives and service delivery standards.
Responsibilities
- Client Support: Coordinate meetings, gather underwriting information, and follow up with clients.
- Placement Coordination: Prepare placement documents and liaise with reinsurers.
- Business Development: Support lead generation and cross-sell opportunities.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain CRM data and support pipeline and engagement reporting.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards.
Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, client relationship management, or insurance broking.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and analytics.
- Excellent communication, pitching and negotiation skills.
