Administrator, P&C Operations
Job Description
This role is responsible for delivering operational excellence across People & Culture functions by ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of key payroll operational processes. The incumbent will manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing with a focus on precision, confidentiality, and adherence to statutory requirements; maintain and analyze Management Information Systems (MIS) to provide reliable people data that supports strategic workforce planning and decision-making; and produce high-quality reports that translate HR metrics into actionable insights for leadership, compliance, and audit readiness.

Qualifications
First Degree
- Field of Study: Business, Human Resources, Finance & Accounting or any other related field
- Certified Human Resource Practitioner (CHRP)
Experience Required
- 2-3 years
- Hands on experience on payroll management
- Experience working with multinational payroll processing with over 1000 employees,
- Strong in MIS SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
- Experience in banking and financial sector will be an added advantage
