Responsibilities

  • To provide high-level administrative and secretarial support while assisting with basic accounting and finance functions. The role requires a mature, dependable individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Secretarial & Administrative Support

  • Manage daily office operations, including filing, correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, such as calls, emails, and visitors.
  • Maintain confidential files and records in an organized manner.
  • Draft letters, reports, meeting minutes, and other documentation as required.
  • Support management and staff with administrative duties as needed.

Accounting Support

  • Assist with data entry of financial transactions into accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar).
  • Reconcile receipts, petty cash, and basic ledgers.
  • Support invoice preparation and follow-ups on payments.
  • Help in preparing financial reports for review by the accountant or manager.
  • Liaise with external accountants or auditors when necessary.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Additional qualification in Accounts/Finance (CPA I or II) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar administrative and accounts-support role.
  • Strong computer literacy: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Professional demeanor, maturity, and the ability to handle confidential information.
