Responsibilities

    • Process Financial Transactions: Accurately verify and process financial transactions, ensuring compliance with established guidelines, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
    • Support Audit Processes: Prepare, organize, and provide accurate financial records and documentation to facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring timely submission of schedules and resolving auditor queries promptly.
    • Reconcile Accounts: Perform regular reconciliations of general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial balances.
    • Assist Month-End and Year-End Closings: Support the preparation of financial reports, journals, and analyses to ensure timely and accurate closing processes.
    • Collaborate Across Departments: Coordinate with various business functions to gather, verify, and compile financial data, addressing additional requirements as needed.
    • Enhance Accounting Processes: Review and recommend improvements to accounting procedures to strengthen audit readiness and operational efficiency.
    • Maintain Organized Records: Manage a systematic filing system for financial documentation, ensuring accessibility and compliance with audit standards.
    • Provide Analytical Support: Compile financial data, reports, and analyses as requested by auditors or management to support decision-making and compliance.

  • Qualifications: Degree or diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years in an accounts administration or bookkeeping role, with experience in audit support and financial reconciliation.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, proficiency in accounting software, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

To enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the Accounts function by supporting daily operations, ensuring robust audit readiness, and maintaining effective internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
