We have central support functions of Human Resources, IT, Finance, Legal and Marketing & Innovation in the Rentokil Initial Head Office locations and in country.

You would be supporting the business in East Africa.

REQUIREMENTS

A vacancy has arisen for a Graduate Finance Business Analyst. Based in the Nairobi office, you will support finance operations for various branches as may be required.

Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for financial operational reporting and analysis to continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of finance and business operations. You are expected to maintain utmost confidentiality on matters pertaining to Company performance, wages and reports and handle your work with high integrity , maturity and honesty.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of Monthly Key Performance Report
  • Preparation of Monthly Branch Profitability/Balance Scorecard Report
  • Preparation of Monthly Prep/Technician/Region report with special emphasis on high users
  • Preparation and review of the divisional productivity reports to improve technicians productivity
  • Prepare the Sales Statistics report and analysis
  • Prepare the Vehicle Fuel, Repair and Usage report analysis to drive down costs
  • Involved in Process Improvement and Cost Cutting Initiatives
  • Ensure there is an effective system of internal controls to reduce business risk
  • Any other duty that may be allocated to you by Finance Business Partner

Do you have what it takes? If you want to be considered for this role you will need to be/have:

  • Graduated in the last 2 years with a Barchelors in Accounting, First Class Hons
  • Have started or completed CPA. CPA K will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in English & Swahili - written and spoken
  • Relevant work experience
