Driver Job
Purpose:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced driver to join our team. The role will be responsible to provide top-notch transportation services and logistics for CCI Kenya ensuring smooth and efficient running of the organization to achieve its set goals.
Responsibilities
- Operate vehicles safely and efficiently to transport goods/passengers.
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations and company policies.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and perform minor maintenance as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues that arise.
- Maintaining high standards of service to both internal and external guests.
- Ensuring the vehicle is kept clean, in good working condition and secure at all times.
- Ensuring vehicle maintenance is done as required and within timelines.
- Preparing, maintaining and submitting vehicle monitoring reports, including records of vehicle operations, maintenance, expenses, mileage as required
- Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the supervisors or as captured in your detailed job description.
Required Skills:
- Strong driving skills with proven experience, especially in defensive driving.
- Excellent time management and punctuality.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written).
- Attention to detail in record keeping and maintenance.
- Outstanding levels of integrity.
Qualifications
- MUST have a minimum of 5 years’ proven driving experience within the hotel industry.
- KCSE Certificate.
- Valid Kenyan driving license.
- A valid certificate of Good Conduct.
- Working knowledge of Kenyan traffic law.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
