We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner with proven expertise in agile ways of working, product management, and digital product launcheswithin the insurance and banking industries. The ideal candidate will own the entire product roadmap and vision framework, driving the successful delivery and evolution of digital products that can be purchased online. You will be the tactical lead, interfacing with developers, external business stakeholders, and business analysts, ensuring exceptional end-user experiences

• Own Product Roadmap: Define, maintain, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap framework.
• Agile Ways of Working: Champion agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, PMP), facilitating cross-functional collaboration and sprint ceremonies.
• Backlog Management: Manage product and screen backlogs, prioritizing features and enhancements to maximize business value.
• Product Launch: Lead the end-to-end launch of new digital insurance products, focusing on online purchase journeys and motor insurance.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for developers, external business partners, and internal business analysts to drive product alignment and delivery.
• User Experience: Advocate for the front-end experience, ensuring customer-centric design and usability.
• Tactical Execution: Translate strategic goals into actionable product deliverables, adapting to changing market and business needs.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 5 years in product management roles within the insurance and banking industries, with hands-on digital product launch experience.
