Job Purpose

The role exists to: Drive category distinction by building Eezy group’s brand equity and delivering against the brand strategy. Conceptualizing and creating a visual language that effectively communicate the brand’s message – supporting commercial objectives

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Development: Create memorable go-to-market campaigns that resonate with our target audience, drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Brand Asset Creation: Design distinctive visual assets to support commercial objectives. These include branded merchandise, pitch decks & tender packs.
  • Brand Identity Definition: Develop and refine the Eezy brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. This includes still & motion graphics, messaging, and tone of voice.
  • Copywriting: Develop compelling copy to support campaigns – ensuring that the messaging is aligned with the brand’s voice and lands with the target audience.
  • Brand Refresh: Support the Head of Brand & Growth in modernizing the brand’s look and feel to deliver on relevance, simplicity & visual appeal
  • Point of Service Branding: Define and implement consistent branding across all points of service, ensuring a recognizable & accurate positioning
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product leaders, and the sales team to deliver commercial objectives
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest design and copywriting trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas and best practices to the business

Minimum Experience Required

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a sales driven environment
  • Minimum Level of Academic and Professional Requirements
  • Training in graphic design, visual communication, fine arts, or a related field.

Technical Competencies Required

  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Knowledge of web design principles and experience with responsive design.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work with various file formats and prepare designs for print and digital platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
