Pharvers is a company specialized in pharmaceutical reverse logistics management and consultancy. Our mission is to facilitate redistribution of short-dated medicines and removal of unsaleable medicines/medical devices including recalled/withdrawn, expired medicines from the pharmaceutical supply chain in a safe, secure and environmentally conscious manner. In this aspect, we oversee the flow of the physical product, information and any approved credit. We create value for our clients by taking up this aspect of logistics allowing them to focus on their core competence while ensuring they are compliant with the drug regulation authority. We leverage on technology and data to come up with solutions for our clients on streamlining their supply chain processes.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The ideal candidate shall be expected to work with our software development team in setting up , managing and troubleshooting the technology system that Pharvers uses to maintain computer and software networks. The duties include responding to hardware problems, updating system software and tracking the data and communications used on their network.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
- Implement security measures
- Monitor security certificate and company compliance of requirements
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
- Install and update company software and hardware as needed
- Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer systems
- Assist in training new hires
- Continuous learning of new technologies
- Ability to support remote clients
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- BS/BE in Information Technology/ Computer Science/Computer Engineering/ Electrical and Computer engineering
- Recent graduate (at most 2 years)
- Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming
- Experience in troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems is an advantage.
