I am currently working with D.light Solar Co. Ltd where I have served for the last two years as a Territorial Retention Executive (Jan 2020 - Dec. 2020) and Repossession (Jan 2021 - Dec. 2021) on contract basis. i am a field officer in Vihiga county but my contract is ending on 31st December 2021.

my duties and responsibilities are:

• calling clients to make reminders to make payments
• making visits to clients to assist them where necessary i.e how to make payments and connecting  them to the company technicians where there is need
• talking to clients to encourage them continue with payments to reduce their arrears
• helping clients to make payments
• helping clients to acquire token for the payments made
• repossessing company products from customers who are not able to continue paying them for various reasons or they cannot adhere to the company's rules and regulations

my contract is ending on 31st DEC. 2021.
